For small projects, we do recommand at least 2 peoples.

If you require 1 person only, we do not provide cleaning fluids and equipment (ladder, vacuum cleaner..) and do not charge transportation

Transportation : FREE within 5KM from our office (Sukhumvit / Pattaya Thai). 100B from 5 to 10 Km. 200B from 10 to 20Km

All our prices include 7% VAT. This may not appear on your receipt, but we will always collect VAT.

Terms and conditions :

• Usual project working hours : 9H to 16H monday to saturday.(Closed on sunday).
  We should arrive a your site arround 9H A.M.. In case of overtime, extra charges may apply
  In case the project is completed before the schedule, our workers can leave the site with the customer approval..
• Cleaning fluids, ladder, vaccum cleaner and other cleaning equipments are provided by us.
• Valuable item cleaning : any unusual or expensive item (carpet, jewelry, art paint...) shall not be included in regular cleaning unless client close supervision. The client shall inform the manager is case of such valuable items to be cleaned
  
• Additonnal charges may apply for :
  * Oversized houses (additonnal chemical required)
  * Dangerous working conditions (high ceillings, heigh windows cleaning...)
  * Special equipment required...
  * Very dirty projects
  * Transportation over 20 KM from Sukhumvit / Pattaya Klang
